Ingredients:
1/2 Coconut (soaked in warm water )
1 Cucumber, grated
1 Raw Mango, grated
½ tsp Ginger, grated
5 glasses Cold Water
1½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder
Black Salt to taste

Method of preparation:
In a blender jar add coconut and water. Blend it well.
Strain it into a bowl, you’ll get thick coconut milk.
Now churn the coconut leftover once again with some more water.
Drain the second batch as well.
Transfer the coconut milk to a bigger bowl, add cucumber, raw mango, ginger, cold water, cumin seed powder, black salt.
Mix it nicely and our Chaas is ready to be served.
