  2. I stopped drinking when I was in university because it was cheaper and I hated not being in total control of myself haha. I drink soda or kombucha, but mostly a glass or two and then back to water. But I also don’t really go out haha, I’m a nerd who plays board games and video games with friend for fun XD

    Looking forward to see how you are doing with your fitness goals! I’ve been meaning to start doing weight training but I’m actually really lazy and I’d rather go walk or hike than life weights haha. IT JUST IS SO BORING =/

  4. I use the app called calm to remind me to mediate. And they have like these full programs. It’s really fun and relaxing.
