    1. Cheap Lazy Vegan You know this kind of food goes right through the intestines if ya know what I mean. So Its not like you absorb too much like if you eat really refined processed stuff.

  4. Hmm, I am not vegetarian or vegan..(though inherently I want to be and don’t seek out meat, that’s for sure), and have low vitamin B12, so maybe I need to get some of that liquid B12
