Poha Namkeen Cakes are easy to whip up and so delicious that you will love to have them for breakfast every day.
Nutrela Soya Granules
Ginger garlic paste
Nutrela Soyabean Oil
Soak the poha in water for an hour. Drain it and place it in a bowl.
Soak bread slices in water for a few seconds, then squeeze out the water. Add the bread to the poha.
Now add curd, rice flour, Nutrela Soya Granules, onions, green chillies, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, turmeric powder and chaat masala.
Mix everything well.
Grease a baking dish with Nutrela Soyabean Oil and place the mix in the dish.
Freeze the mix until it is set, then cut it into equal sized pieces.
Heat Nutrela Soyabean Oil in a flat pan or tawa and shallow fry the set cakes until done.
