1 cup cooked Sweet Potato - if using purple add two Tablespoons more sweetener
1 cup Water
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sugar or Coconut Sugar
1 cup Flour or Gluten Free Flour Blend
