Hey Friends! Welcome back to Game of Cookies, today we’re makiiiing.. ARE YOU READY?!?!? Of course you are, it says it in the title, duh! Anyway, we are making 5 Minutes Vegan Ice Cream Sandwiches, YAAAY! ARE YOU EXCITED? CAUSE I AM!
This is the easiest recipe EVER, first of all you don’t need a machine! You can make it in 10 minutes, seriously, you have to trust me on this! The most important thing, though, is that they taste ABSOLUTELY AMAAAAAZING! Am I overreacting? Absolutely NOT! You’re only gonna need a couple of ingredients, so let’s take a look at the recipe!

RECIPE (servings: around 10 ice cream sandwiches)

1 can full fat coconut milk (kept in the fridge at least overnight, use just the creamy part, leave the water in the can)
4 tbsp plant based yogurt (I used vanilla yogurt – you can omit this, just make sure to add some vanilla extract)
1.5 tbsp agave/maple syrup
6 tbsp coconut flour
chocolate chips/flakes

+ Digestive/other vegan cookies

let the ice cream set in the freezer for 45-60 minutes (keep an eye on it though, it doesn’t have to harden!). Then, with piping bag (I guess you could use a spoon as well) fill the cookies and pop them back into the freezer for a couple of hours at least. Leave them at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating them!!! Enjoy!

Ciao a tutti e ben tornati su Game of Cookies! Oggi prepareremo i biscotti gelato vegani! E’ una ricetta semplicissima, pronta in 10 minuti! Questi biscotti gelato sono buonissimi, non avrete bisogno della gelatiera e servono solo un paio di ingredienti! Vediamo la ricetta (otterrete circa 10 biscotti gelato)

1 lattina di latte di cocco ad alta percentuale di grassi
4 cucchiai di yogurt vegetale (opzionale, io ho usato quello alla vaniglia)
1.5 cucchiai di sciroppo d’acero/agave
6 cucchiai di farina di cocco
gocce di cioccolato
biscotti digestive/altri biscotti vegani

Preparate il gelato e mettetelo in freezer per 45-60 minuti (non deve congelare, quindi tenetelo d’occhio!) quindi, con una sac a poche (potete usare anche un cucchiaio, credo!) riempite i biscotti e rimetteteli in freezer per almeno un paio d’ore. Tenete i biscotti gelato a temperatura ambiente per 10 minuti prima di mangiarli!
