The pizza Margherita is one of the symbols of Italian cuisine throughout the world.
Invented in June 1889 by the Neapolitan pizza maker Raffaele Esposito in honor of Queen Margherita of Savoy, the color combination of its ingredients is not accidental: the red tomato, white mozzarella and green basil, represent the Italian flag.

Welcome to my vegan Italian kitchen!!! A place where it’s good for you the animals and the planet!

  1. I tried making vegan mozzarella and I failed at it terribly. ? I followed
the recipe exactly. I’ll wait for your video and hopefully I’ll get it
    right next time.

    1. Well maybe mine will work out for you… my steps are pretty easy 🙂 We
will see. I am still working on improving it. But I am pretty happy with it
for now 😛 Like I said for now lol. I am so stubborn I don’t stop till I
      perfect something lol

  2. hope you will make a “talking video” every once in a while again, however
much I like your new video format, I miss the “family feeling” your old
    ones give me <3
But please do whatever suits you best! <3

    1. I will 😀 when I talk it drags too long lol. people like shorter videos. I
will do my best to make everyone happy <3

  3. Love your new format, etc. Sun hasn’t even come up yet where I live and I
find my mouth watering for pizza.:) It looks fantastic.
